I don't normally dismiss things as a gimmick when I haven't actually tried it, but this is a gimmick and I dismiss it. A couple of balls on a stick with a clubhead halfway up it? I can think of few things more unnatural to swing like a golf club. A weighted club with a training grip does the same job for less $$.

And as for looking at your hands at the top to see if they're aligned, which this thing claims its good for, if you're the one looking, you've already moved them from their actual position.

The best advice given on this board is to take lessions instead of devices.

Ye, i bought a DVD called "AJ reveals the truth about golf" from "The golf Channel" It said it would definetly improve my game, but it didnt. So my advise would be, dont risk it. Because i wasted £50 on that DVD, that didnt help my game at all.

From "The Golf Channel" your thinking of buying it is it??

Some people like AJ's truth, others don't.
IMHO, he's right in his method about achieving effortless power. But his explanation for this is incomplete, as he fails to mention how it creates tremendous lag in the correct path.
Other than that, I do think his method can improve your game, but that's just my opinion.

I agree with Osh, I purchased the A.J. Bonner videos, watched them all three times, just to make sure I wasn't missing something, and then shipped them back for a refund. Total waste of money, unless you are a complete beginner. I tried his method of hitting the ball, and didn't gain any distance at all, Certainly not the 30 yards he promised. He does put on a good show, but I don't pay money for golf lessons just for a good show. If I want a good show about golf, I have Tin Cup on DVD.
