I think you'll enjoy it. I have a very similar putter (the #1 SD) and find it easy to align and the feel is very good and very consistent off the face.

I think you made a good choice, as much putter for less $ imo.

Stanters... I considered a couple of SD #1's.. but they were always about $50 more than what I paid for my SD #2.

I would love it if you would take a moment and PM with any tips on caring for the finish. I've read so many threads and opinions on the subject, my head is spinning..... and the putter won't be here for a few more days!
