What a bastard that was.

The old setup that was in there was definitely bush-style install. Very weak.

What began as an hour job blew up into 5 after some mods and manouvering.

It's on right now, I'd never know it. All worth it. :canadafla

We have one. It sucks. I pile all the dirty dishes into it and they're still dirty like 5 days later.

Total P.O.S. ;)

My wife never uses the dishwasher unless cooking for a lot of people at once. The dishwasher is on as I speak.

Kudos on getting the dishwasher working. They can sometimes be a bastard child...

Spank,

The old one was effed, and damned if I was gonna put a new part into it. We bought a new Quiet Series 300 Maytag, that be-otch is whisper quiet.

So far so good, no leaks, no issues. (I'm sure it's leaking as I type this....)

We've been remodelling our house so long that now we're redoing some of the things we did first. One hour jobs always turn into five hour jobs. Thankfully, some of the ten hour jobs turn into fives though. Good job. :)

I am only "semi-handy" and EVERY job I try takes 3 times longer than I estimate....

I'll tell the wife -"this should only be about an hour or so" - then something breaks and I have to go to Home Depot.

Then another reason to back to Home Depot again.

I honestly think that Travel Time is a big part of my DIY projects...
