Does a Thicker Grip Make a difference?

I've been told by a few people that if I get my grips redone that I would get better control went I shoot?

I have also been told that I have Baseball Gloves as hands.
Any truth to getting my grips redone?

The larger the grip the less you will use your hands. The trick is to not go so big that you lose the power of hitting thru the ball with your hands.

When you grip the club your finger tips should not touch the palm, if it does, get bigger grip for sure.
