Hubby had our local jeweler do pretty much the same thing for me, only with rubies. Didn't begin to cost $40,000.

Don't have any Tiffany's here, Thank God.
That said, she has a very nice engagement ring and band, but I've loaded her up on rings anyway. She has one almost exactly like that except a touch smaller with pink sapphires on the side.

I've finally convinced a buddy of mine that he needs to come hang out with a bunch of hard drinking gearheads. He's gonna land in the middle of a baby shower, and there's no way I can hold my head up after that.
