Well, she's together finally. Took some time and patience, but it's worth it.

Specs:

9* handpicked loft, 1* open Dot Com This head by Geek Golf, Almo designs
Graman UL780 250cpm cut to 45.5" playing length
Golf Pride .580 rib

The grip is drying in these photos and I'm already salivating at the opportunity to hit this combo. It feels sweet. One of those that you pick up at the golf store and say "whoa" in your head, or even out loud. The pristine gloss black head meshed with an eyesore lime green shaft - it really doesn't get much better than that.

I'll have a follow up tommorrow evening, as I have a range session planned. That should give me some numbers. Just a few preliminary pics for now.

Sweet.

Sweet. Ship it over for a demo... I'll use some tape on the crown. I like the look of them, maybe since they bear a little resemblance to a larger CC 510TP. Nice stick.

So who was closest to guessing how long till you ho'd? I believe I had only given you till the next weekend... you made it what, 3 1/2 weeks?

I think it was over a month. That's pretty good, considering. LOL.

I ho less in the summer, forsure. Winter gets me itchy.

Drivers are super easy to ho and useless to ho at the same time.

Yeah, I hear you there. I've put an end to the driver crap. I'm sticking with it for the season. Matter of fact I think everthing is good to go. LW may come in handy for a course or two but it will be very hard to decide what to drop. Might have to ho some "alternates" between 3W and 5iron to make room for LW when I want to carry it.

Almo Blue is black to my eye. Well, off black then. :D

It's definitely not blue. To me anyways. Maybe I need it outdoors.

Looks like my old Navy Dress "Blues". It's funny, I always bought black socks to match my "Blues"...

Nice stick, Rock. Am I missing something or are there two different drivers that you've ho'd the last week or so?

No. The Ft-3 and the DCT are both pre "Not gonna do it" thread.

I've since ho'd a 8* Exotics because it was a great deal and I've always loved that driver.

Yes, my ho word is worthless. :D

I thought so, I was just getting confused. Part of that confusion is because I'm changing my own mind on which clubs to ho every 30 minutes or so.

She looks sweet Rock. sssmokin would also be proud of you except he's pulling his Graman shaft and sending to IG. Stiff is TOO stiff for him in the UL540 series and was pretty stout for me also. You'll love it of course!

I hope so. I had an XS UL680 that was wayyyy too soft for me, so we'll see. This shaft is a whole other beast tho, tip stiff and wanting to be twitched.

I can't wait.

Yeah, I hear you there. I've put an end to the driver crap.

I was checking my PayPal yesterday and saw it was last May that I bought the 905R... big anniversary coming up. It's a miracle.
