I know this isn't much to go on, but I could use some help. I've getting in a lot of play time this year and my iron play has really improved. I've even managed go get one sub-par round in (it is a pretty short course) by keeping my woods in the bag.
But, I really want to get those woods working. When I go to the range and work on it, I can hit some good shots, but typically they hook and even snap hook about a third of the time.
When I started really working on it I was driving the ball into the ground and bouncing it off the turf a few inches in front of the tee. I've gotton past that, but I'm still having problems with the hook.
By looking at the bottom of my club I can tell I have an inside out swing.
Any ideas or similar experiences? I know I should see a pro, but at $55 an hour, it just isn't in the budget right now.
Thanks in advance!
