Test drive?

I'm not gonna USE them! They're too pretty! :)

Tomorrow, if I can find a range that is open otherwise this week sometime at the range and it looks like I may get a round in next Sunday.

That's the problem with getting new stuff, you never wanna use it!...lol.

You have me looking at the GS site....I really think those XC's are gonna be the new thing. The feel of a forged club with the forgiveness of a cavity.

Can a guy ask for anything more?

I also like tooling around with clubs. So much fun.

Rock, that's basically the idea behind the MX-23s, no?

I want a garage/workspace so I can do club work. I think it'd be a good way to pass the time.

Sort of. The MX-23's are the "entry level" for the forged cavity back. But they don't have that "Game improvement look" that these Snake Eyes do. In the following pics you can see the lower CG on the 600XC's, a bit higher in the 600C's and the ful blade in the 600B's. The XC's are meant to give the feel of forged with the appearance of a cavity back game improvement club.

Personally, I think they look outstanding. Good snag, Sling, let us know how they work out.

i gotta see these beasts in person, when are we gonna hit up Shenne?

I hope the snow melted as quickly in the heart of CT as it did here, almost everything is gone, and it's supposed to be in the 60's for 3 days this week. Brooklyn might open their driving range next weekend! WAHOO!!!!

threadjack aside....those things are sahweet. Nice job in putting them together, no smeared epoxy like i had on the Nike's i assembled

Funny thing... Last set I put together, I went into WalMart and bought a big can of acetone. I want to meet the guy who did the graphic design for this can. Plain white can with ACETONE written in black across the front. Then warning boxes on both sides and the back-- "Danger. Contains Acetone."

Nice.

yeah, i couldn't find any acetone, so i had to use rubbing alcohol. It works, but not as well as acetone. Oh well, the clubs are fine

Use nail poslish remover next time. It contains acetone and works about as well.

And Rock, you are a fine one to talk about props after posting all about your livestock abilities. As the Rolling Stones so eloquently put it, "Hey, McCloud! Get off of my ewe!"
