Funny thing happened on the way to Florida yesterday......

Off topic but related to the dangers of changing a tire near traffic. During the 2nd year of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series I got the chance to work for a small low buck race team when they where in Phoenix (at the time Phoenix was the longest track the trucks ran on). I practiced all week on changing tires and trying to get as fast as we could. One time I went over the wall with a wrench in my back pocket. During the change I felt a truck speed right behind me. I reached back and my wrench was gone. He got that close. That was my last race over the wall for me.
