After wbl's 4 magic moves thread I am curious about what dvds or books you have used to improve your game?


Has anyone used the Jim Mclean's 8 step swing?

"Nice Shot" by ?
"the Short Game" by Jacobsen

All good. Especially the short game one.

and ive also found a lot of good things in:

"Harvery Penicks Little Red Book" by Harvey Penick

"Five Lessons" by Ben Hogan

all of these and some others have yielded me some very informative golf lessons that i have or am in the process of including in my practice regimen when it comes to this wonderfully stressful game i have almost gotten to the point where im happy no matter what kind of shot i hit just because i know i could be somewhere else doing something i would not could not enjoy more than this.

DVD's

I accidentily stumbled across ,:emot-ange, a DVD set by Butch Harmon that my wife had in a bag when she returned from Christmas shopping, it contains 3 lessons, power & distance, the short game, and managing the course. I'm sure Santa/the wifey, is bringing me this for Christmas so I'll let ya'll know if its any good. Has anyone else tried this DVD?
