Have stiff shafts wrecked my swing?

It's the driver shaft & the #4 stiff in the CFT that's gonna go.

Wirehair, I have the 2h,3h,4h,5h, all with the #4 Apex graphite shafts, the rest of my CFTs, 6-9,E,F,S, all have the #3 Apex graphite. I really can't tell much difference between the #3 and #4 Apex graphite on these clubs. I can draw or fade the hybrids, although a fade is more natural to me.

My Hogan woods all have the Aldila NV-H 70-R and the driver is the only one I was slicing. Last night all three settled down to a fade, which I can live with. Although I may try some lead tape to see if I can get a draw.

One more comment on backs and then I'll shut it. I've noticed that when my back starts to bother me my tendency is swing harder. It's like I'm trying to compensate or something. *insert compensation comment here* You're absolutely right about tempo-tempo-tempo. Take care of your back and your swing will take care of itself.

Karma is a funny thing. Last Sunday I played in our monthly member scramble & we were stuck behind a very slow group all day. At one point I noticed they were playing their second shot from about 100 yds from the tee box.

Obviously things hadn't gone well if that was their best drive out of 4 people and I made the mistake of commenting that I now understood why they were so slow. We had good laugh but when we played that hole our best drive was about 150yds & we almost bogeyed the hole. Don't screw with karma.
