Alright, on one of my recent trips to the range, i took my video camera with me and filmed me hitting a driver and a pitching wedge, i notice with my driver i start my hips forward very early, now i contribute this to the impulse with the driver to swing harder and i can usually control this, but I feel that if my upper body was perhaps stronger i could control this motion much better, do you have any workout that you would recommend especially for your upper body?
