So I want to create multiple zones in the new house for tunes. I like the idea of being able to control each zone from my phone. Does anyone here have any experience with the Sonos system or something similar? Any help would be appreciated.

So you're on your own there. Never got into the whole home audio thing. Car audio...that I could help you with.

That's where I'm at with it. Car audio is easy, fine it man times but never done home audio.

The Sinos system is easy and plug and play. No receiver, amp, wires, nothing but is a bit pricey. Cheaper than Bose but has a million more features so if it's between them Sonos wins.

Just remember, whatever system you choose today will be obsolete in less than 2 years. The best you can install today with the least hardware/hardwire, etc. so it's easy to change/replace/remove/modify as a newer technology is introduced.

The Sonos stuff is cool because it's wireless.
