How do lug your bag around the course?

Used to carry all the time. 1 month ago I got planter's faciitis which carry bag seemed to aggravate. So I bought a Sun Mountain speed cart from global golf. GREAT PRICE. Foot pain still there but not so much. I like the cart but hope I can get back to carrying. I feels like golf to me.
