OT but how many clubs you carry TM?

I have a similar set up and sacraficed the 3 iron for the extra wedge. Just see your signature and started wondering, unless you carry 15 clubs!!! :wow:

What about your total score for a round taken from your best score on each nine ? (Has to be off the back boxes in a Comp., mind :))

I have been out in 33 (3-under) on my own course - Flowerfield Cup 2 years ago, and back in 32 on President's day a few years back. Was 5-under for the last 8 that particular day, too. 65 blows: some shootin' on our course off the backs, I tell thee !! :)

I usually pick between the 3 iron and 52* wedge depending on course and conditions. I usually ditch the 3 iron though.

Mine would be 66 on a par 68. 33 on the front, par 33, and 33 on the back, par 35 (mentioned earlier). Both were in a span of a 2 day club championship. The 33 on the front came on the first day, although I have done this a couple times. That was 3 1/2 years ago, I pity where my game has gone since.

edit 1 - yes, that would be the same front nine I shot a 62 on the following day with different pin placements and several shots OB.

That would be getting me in under 100, barely that would give me a 99. 51 out and 48 in, I have also been analyzing my trouble holes and my five bad holes on the course by average all have lots of trees on the right hand side and 2 of them dogleg right, the dogleg left hole on the course also has a lot of trees on the right but since I am playing left off the tee, I am averaging 1.8 over par on that hole(not bad in my world). So my conclusion is that my course management sucks on the other 5 holes and I just need to play left side towards the bunkers on those 5, even if I end up in the bunker, it will still likely be better than my scores out of the trees.

Interesting to play with the numbers eh? went out for a day a golf with my dad. played 18 twice and the front nine a third time. shot a 90 and 88 on the 18's. best nines would have been 86. But best holes would give me a 38 and 38 for a 76. Depressing in ways and yet shows what is possible. just got to learn to keep it together on a hole by hole basis, it is not out of my reach to score a whole lot better.

Don't feel too bad Dave. My best holes score would be 6 over on a Par 70 and 7 over on a Par 72.

39 and 43 on my best nine's for an 82. Ick!

I'm getting better though. Some of those holes, I had nothing better than double bogey.

Yeah its all about the possibilties

I know its possible for me to score better, I just have to do it. I will too, pretty much anything I set out to do and follow through with I can do. I know this about myself, the great thing is as I get older I am more likely to follow through. Hey if I can teach myself Astrophysics and Quantum Mechanics I can certainly do this.:D

UH

I think you were supposed to add them up on a regulation course, not an Executive Course full of par 3's.:p
