Them shafts are perrty too. (expensive)

Precision® Project X- Iron Shaft Set

* Two full years of research and development went into this golf shaft. Project X features a longer taper rate than conventional steel shaft designs which enables the Project X to driver a dynamic transfer of shaft energy to the golf ball.

Dynamic Gold Sensicore.

The funny thing is, if you look at shafts on a fundamental level, they are basically all the same. There's no difference between a Rifle, a DG or other at the same level of play.

I play DG Sensicores, S300, and love them.

Make up a set with those shafts. If you hate them, maybe i'll buy them. :D

$30 per head

Shafts vary greatly, the DG one's are around $14 each and the rifles I like are $200 and some change for 8 of them.

Something like $500 for the set after it's all said and done.

Yep, those are the shafts. They come in just about every flex and weight that you might need.

As an aside, I play the S300, which is the stiff. I really like them. I don't hit my irons a long way (~155-160 with my 7 iron, 110 tops with my PW).

They sure feel nice with the Sensicore. It helps on off -center hits with feel, I find.

Those blades look sweet, where would a guy be abel to hit them if at all. My next set will be blades and I like to try everythign to keep my options open, last thign I want to do is miss out on some great equipment because of brand loyalty.

the snake eyes are sweet. I wouldn't go with the project x if i were you, but i dont know how you play, but they seem to be a bit pricey, and they are pretty much designed for the best players. Also, those 600c's dont offer much more forgiveness than a blade, so if you want something with some forgiveness, check out the new 600xc's. Snake Eyes makes great stuff. JMO. Neal

i don't think blades have done jack squat for my ball striking, just made it worse, i have the same shafts, the s300's and they seem ok, i'm still wanting to switch back to my supersteels, but i don't know, tomorrow is the first decent day i'll have to go to the range its been horrible weather for a long time, most i can do is chip down the hallway and swing in the living room, we'll see, since i don't know how long i'll get to hit until its dark, i was gonna take both sets but don't think i'll have the time to get a good feeling of which is better, i'll keep ya informed

I'm not realy doing blades this time....I'm sticking with the ones in the first pic.

I do think I will shaft them with a length of garden hose though.....just to make it more challenging. :)
