Images not loading properly

How come when I post an image within the confines of the image size and space rules does it only half load?

I've seen this happen in a couple other posts, most recently in Bravo's post about Birmingham.

I am still having the problems...see the Let's laugh at the Yanks" post where I put up some pix from the Old Course. The last one only loaded halfway...and I had them sized at 640 X 480....

Try loading them in the gallery and linking to them from there.

the code is provided plus I need new content.

I thought about that, but when you just wanna post some quick image, it's sort of a pain in the ass.
