I've become a TM fanboy!

After extensive testing, I finally pulled the trigger on a 2016 M2 driver and 3 wood. Got a pretty good deal off the Bay and when they arrived this morning they were in excellent condition. Not sure about the shafts yet, Driver (Mitsubishi KuroKage Silver Tini 60 stiff shaft) and 3 wood (Aldila Rogue Silver, 70 stiff shaft). The 3 wood has a nick in the crown but I reckon I can sort that out easily enough.

I had them up at the range today for initial test-driving. It was hard to tell for sure in a 25mph cross wind. But they felt very nice, solid. 3 wood was drilled but was going very low and a bit hooky, the shaft may be a little stout for me. I had the driver set to high launch. Excited about trying them on the course tomorrow. Happy Christmas / birthday / anniversary etc to me!!

Welcome to the Dark Side. I, too, like TM drivers/FWs. I got assimilated with the 2007 Burner line. Still have one in VA.

Still quite satisfied with the R15 driver. The "M" series has rec'd excellent reviews. Of course, IG could use a ball bearing on a rope and drive the ball longer and straighter than most of us!!!!!

In five or six years when the prices come down I'll probably get an M2. Looks like TM is getting smarter in regard to drivers, when one is a success keep making it. I'm still loving my Nike so haven't been even thinking about drivers lately. Haven't had a long honeymoon with one like this since my Rapture.
