No, not from jail!
Several months ago I posted a thread about problems I was having with my right shoulder.
Loss of "range of movement" and pain.
I received many replies suggesting I go to an orthopedic surgen and perhaps some physical therapy would be in order.
Well being stubborn, (lazy?), I kept putting it off.
Then one Saturday morning I went to hit my driver and got such a shearing pain in my shoulder I damn near dropped to my knees.
That was my 'wake-up' call.
After x-rays and a MRI the diagnosis was tendonitious.
(AKA-"Old Age"!)
So after 8 weeks, 3x a week, I'm finally done.
The shoulder feels great!
Almost all of the movement is back and very little pain anymore.
The doc did give me one important piece of advice though,
to keep exercising the shoulder at home or I'll be right back in his office again!
So if any of you have the same symptoms as I, don't be as anal as me.
Do something about it-NOW!!!
Putting it off just makes it worse!
