Looks can be decieving, eh?

I just bought the 6 iron for practice. I figured why not practice with a forged, smaller headed club only to use my "huge" X-16 pros afterwards? You really gain an appreciation for forged clubs and how difficult they are to play them to their potential when you hit them and then go back to something game improving like non-offset Pro series irons like X-16s.

Cost me 5 bucks (CDN!) with a new grip, so how could I lose? ;)

This summer might be the year of the blade for me tho....we'll have to wait and see....

Oh I see, a little forum deception. And you wonder why nobody trusts the Canadians. :p

It may start with a six iron, but I'll bet there will be a bag of Mizuno blades by summer.

Or these.... aren't they pretty.

If you've seen my bag in the chest-banging thread on GR you know how i feel about the 33's. I don't find them hard to hit, but i am a good iron striker for my handicap, and i get much better groupings than with my old irons. I got mine for 170 bucks including a Nike 56 degree wedge, so they're a steal. Definitely buy the set, HO. Neal

If I was selling the use of my clubs out, i'd be a pimp. And this is for practice.

So, does that make me a ho? I probably won't even hit this club on the course once.

Can I get a ruling? ;)

You can use different sets of irons in your bag, as long as the total clubs don't exceed 14.
Deep down, you're burning to use that 6 Iron. Stop lying to yourself, you're waiting the moment to show your buddies your shiny muscleback. :D

If any of my buddies see my shiny muscleback, they'd laugh their asses off. I'm not sure what they'd do if I showed them the 6 iron. :D
