Because I'm suddenly addicted to little projects, thought I'd start this rather than one every few days.

Latest beginnings, a Wilson putter with the TFC graphite shaft from my old Ping Rapture driver.
Looks cool already. You can see I sanded everything but the back of it. Has a nice silver finish to it now.

Currently trying to find an oversize grip for cheap to slap on it and make it complete.

Need some help with shaft specs.
I'm using some old shafts from a Wilson Air Power Oversize irons set. Pretty sure this was a cheapish market set but was wondering how good the shafts in them are?
Using these shafts for the Tommy Armour Flying Scot iron heads I got.
As for the shafts, they're practically clean of rust which is why I wanna use them again.

Ok the broken shaft snapped at the hosel is doing my head in lol.
Read to try and screw a coach screw in, heat the hosel and pull out like normal. Trying to get the damn screw in is near impossible.
Tried drilling the steel shaft out. Getting nowhere with that either.
Any other ideas team? It's the last head to do then the set it irons is finished.

Forgot the pic.
Anyhow, I must have glanced over the post in the other thread about using an easy out.
Just searched online and they're at the dept store I just bought the coach screws from!
Will pick one up tomorrow and try with that.

So put the 5-9iron together yesterday evening. Set overnight and played 9 holes with them this arvo.
No shit, I was hitting just as far with these makeshift clubs as my miz jpx800 pros... Not quite as pure which is understandable but hell I could game these if I had to. Wasn't putting much effort in yet they still flew straight and long on the good hits.

Good to know they're now sellable. Tried and tested.

Finally got the broken shaft piece out yesterday. P wedge set overnight so now have the 5-PW set.
Also got a SW/LW set for it, and a fairway wood set.
Time to flick it off and make some cash!

I thought you were done already. Of course, I haven't really been paying attention.

I've started about 3-4 projects... Haven't finished any lol. Picking up my last set of second hand clubs on Monday and then that's it for a while. I'll work with what I've got and sell as much as possible.
Got a couple of cool putters in the works.

Still thinking about re painting the back lettering all white. Take the red out of it.
The grip used I ordered online. However it turned up today and first thing out of the pack was a screwdriver? Thought wtf? Turns out it's a screw bases grip. Screws at the top of the grip down the inside of the shaft (comes with insert) and a tightening cylinder around the bottom to grip the actual shaft.
Seems to work. Will take it to the course tomorrow for testing.

Also just threw together some pieces to make a 1 Iron :)
Same Mizuno TP19 style head as my
2 Iron club, just pulled the shaft from a Wilson hybrid I had lying around in the garage.

Can anyone shed some light on this 2 iron? Can't find much in google.
Need to know the make/model and if the club is a one piece or a separate shaft and head.
