When you become a real estate agent in NC, you're a "Provisional Broker". This is only a license distinction, has no bearing on anything else. In order to remove "Provisional", you have to take 3 30 hour courses in 3 years, minimum 1 per year.
Turns out, the courses are being offered back to back for the next 6 weekends in Wilmington, about 1 hour from our beach house in NMB. Each class is 2 weekends (9-5 Sat/Sun).
So, for the next 2 weekends, I'm staying at the beach house and taking the class from 9-5. After class, gonna sit on my butt either on the deck or in a cigar bar, drinking a little and smoking a little.
If I like the schedule, I'm going to go on and take all 3 classes and get it over with.
The nearest class to my house is basically the same distance as these are from the beach house, and aren't offered until this summer.
And yes, going all alone.
Which of you guys is gonna drive down and bail me out?
