You see the way hosts work are you get what you paid for, cheap hosts are really not a good idea you are better spending a little extra to prevent your site gonig down every 10 minutes. Also .com domains aren't that cheap are they?

I would only recommend this if you are setting up a serious site this one will do to learn basic web skills.
