No love for Tiger

On the Golf Channel today. First Jim Nance takes Tiger to task for his childish, profane outbursts. Another commentator mentions that it's time Tiger realizes that pro golf holds itself to a higher behavior standard than the NBA or NFL then John Fienstein makes an elegant comparison between Woods and Mikkelson in the Masters. The word that leapt out - karma.

If Woods really wanted to change his image why did he approve the Nike commercial? Everyone that I know that watched it thought the same thing - arrogant and self serving.

I thought he was much more relaxed and also actually acknowledged the fans. He even smiled. I could maybe like this Tiger. I think maybe this recent scandal has been a good learning experience for a young man that needed to grow up.
