Heres how I see things happening.
WBL gets a new shaft for his 905R and is very happy with it.
Out of curiosity he puts a new one in the R5tp and loves this more plays the R5tp for a week.
Buys the same shaft for the 905R and loves it.
Reshafts the R5tp ,well theres no point having two clubs with the same shaft is there :).
This process will repeat until the men in white coats take him away

That would at least make SOME sense to me...

You definitely have it down perfect, Adam. Couldn't have put it better.

I'm still needing some help here! :) I want to know WHICH will be closer in flex to my Mitsubishi Rayon TP HP X-flex 75g shaft that's in the R5 Dual TP when I put it in the bore through 905R? A V2 75 stiff flex or x-flex? Where is Lyle when you need him?

Well, it's pretty tough to say that it will play exactly the same "feel", considering they're completely different shafts.

Mits X- 72g 3.0 mid/high launch
V2 S - 76g 2.2 mid launch

However, throwing that S into the 905 will stiffen it up some. I'm willing to be it plays pretty boardy. But, if you like boardy shafts, you'll be coming up Milhouse.

If you like the flexy, whippish shafts, then i think you'll be up shit creek.

What a coincidence..............I think that's the name of the street that the house he's buying is on.

Now that's funny...

I read an article about this place. They're hoping to someday score a U.S. Open. Looks like an awesome course. Kind of pricy, but I wondered if you and your brother had given any thought to playing there?

Too pricy for me. I can play Brown Deer Park 3 times for that and it already HOSTS a PGA tourney every year!!

I hear you. I don't think I would pass up the opportunity. It looks too cool. You could play Brown Deer seven times for what it costs to play Whistling Straights, but I'd still play it once. Just to get the hat...

I just downloaded and installed Whistling Straits into Tiger Woods 2006 and from playing it in that game with much more talent then I really have I'll never bother. It would destroy what little confidence in my golf game that I still have. :(

I'm a beaten man. I guess I need to put a regular flex V2 in the 905R. I hit the R5 Dual TP like crap today. Maybe even put in a "grandpa" flex... :(

As JEFF4i would say... "I SUCK"!! :(

Maybe you guys SHOULD change shafts more often...
