Using the monitor at Golfsmith, while struggling to with my shaft on my Sonartec 14 (going back and forth between the NV and the Penley) my Swingspeed was 90 mph.
Launch angle was 12.5
Carry was 215.
The dispersion on the chart was extremely accurate and reflected my typical shots quite well...
I haven't measured myself with my r7/ProLaunch...havent a clue what it would show there.
