Jordan with a good win. Lots of good play today. Don't remember watching much tournament coverage of Pebble Beach. Amazing at some of those narrow fairways and water and water and water and........
Spieth seemed as if he was playing to not lose instead of playing to win. Playing for pars. Hit the green in regulation... anywhere on the green... take your two putts for a par and move on. Shot 70, while many others were shooting mid-60's. Had big enough of a lead going into the final day that he resorted to "boring golf".

Still think this kid's got game. His huge success two years ago played with his young mind last year. Seems as if he got the mental evils worked through and could be a force this year.

He seems to be hitting a bit longer this year. yesterday he was playing with DJ and they were commenting that he was hitting the same club into greens from the same distance as DJ.

Noticed DJ's amateur partner was Gretzky. Evidently, they are getting along. Got off to a rough start, IIRC. Didn't see Paulina hanging around today.

Here we go again! IMHO there are so many talented guys out there, it's wide open each week. There are 20-30 guys that have the potential to win. Speith, Johnston, Day, McIlroy, Rose, Stenson, as well as a bunch of the newer breed both in the US and Europe such as Matsuyama, Thomas, etc. It's fantastic for golf, makes it a lot more interesting!
