I was wondering of these two sets of clubs are the eyes better quality or the zings? I know I want a set of the older pings I always liked how they hit just a little lost about this question. Thanks so much for your time glad Ifound this site.

Hi Justice, I'm glad you found it too. Welcome aboard! :)

Pings? I have to say I'm not a fan. No reason really, maybe it's because my partner has an ancient set of I 2's and is always kicking my ass. :)

Oh...wait...I did just pick up a G2 anser putter which I adore but I still can't be much help on the iron question.

    Cheers!

The Eyes are a great set. Pretty forgiving and extremely popular. Lots of guys have held onto theirs for years and years.

I had a set of Zing 2's for about 15 minutes. I hated them. They felt like I was hitting the ball with a boat oar. Just no feel to them. They had my shafts in them too, so I can vouch that it was most definitely the heads. I bought them, hit them at the range twice and sold them two days later. Thank god.

The Eyes would be a decent pickup. You can find them for pretty reasonable too.

If you can find a set of ISI's in the Nickel finish, those are trick. All shined up they look like a million bucks.

I'll see if I can find a good pic, I might have one tucked away here....

    No prob.

Have a look through E-bay, you'll fine a few sets. Just search for "nickel" under the Ping Iron heading.

I was actuallly hoing for a set of ISI's beore I bought my Cleveland irond a few years ago. They are a sweet game improvment iron. VERY light club if you're into that.

The eye 2'S are a great club. I have hit them and really enjoy them
Sorry... a, drunk now. Has a BBQ 10m houtrs ago an d am goint o bed now

The ISI's are a great set. They have the technology of the Zings, but the feel of a better club. And VT is right, they're great for the average hack looking to get better.

I personally loved the Zing 2's(if you can't tell bye my name). I had the I2's when I first started golfing and they were alright. When I went to play at college my parents said they would buy me a set of clubs and after trying several different ones I went with the Zings, I am 6'6" so there was some custom fit to them. I had keep the clubs for 7 years but have since upgraded because of the new technology. But every one knows what opinions are so I would recommend you try some and see what you like best.

Great post. The highlighted area does hit the nail on the head.
