As of this moment I don't have irons but the G5's will be here tomorrow and I also picked up the I5's as well to make a blended set. I5's will be here Thursday. I was able to get both for the sales price of the i3's, I gambled a bit but it paid off. When it's all said and done I'll make a few bucks too. Just need the Jaws wedges to sell now. :)
Didn't you just have a blended set?

That makes me feel sane. I thought I've had a lot of irons in my few years of golfing... I think you've had more in the last 6 months.
I hear ya, honestly I don't know why I switch so much. I probably need to delete the eBay app off my phone to eliminate the temptation. I've always broken even or come out ahead on the deals but switching so often has probably hurt my game.

Not probably, definitely. I need to stay with this set and get comfortable with them.

You sound like a just busted alky making promises.

And how can they be bad if you know what shaft works for you, what head design, grip type and style? The nuances might change a tick from set to set but not in a major way. I mean, you arent just out there buying wildly different sets are you?

Those i3's would have been money. To me, the G5/i5 combo is not an upgrade, but it may work for you.

You are both right, I'm an idiot.
