Print screen?

I obviously know how to take one, but how do I post it here?

I tried pasting it in a word doc and uploading it but it said file was too large it was 210 kb and it says the limit is 19kb it is only a small pic?

can't upload word documents.

Open a paint or photo program, new/ paste/saveas/jpg
