this is what i have learned since i started golf years ago. Never think too much... Before u even tee up the ball, think of what u want to do. When i get on the tee box i usually decide whether i want to fade, draw, straight, high, or low. Then i tee up, stand behind the ball, 1 pract swing and get in and get set to go. I usually just hit when i get the rhythm. Sometimes its no waggle, sometimes its 1 or 2. But whatever u do try not to freeze or not move at all. Waggle or shake ur body or do something. 1 practice swing imo bc the more u take, the more tired u get when u get set to hit. The tee box is like a baseball batter's box. U dont want to stand in there for too long.
