Anyone used one? What do you think?

No, not looking for one. I just like this model better than most Scotty's so I'm curious about it.

And, was only the Newport Pro Plat made in Mil Spec, or were there others?

I had one for a while. Nice putter, but a bit too soft feeling for me. I sold it to Wirehair, who gave it to his son, who loves it.

Who has given 2 to his son (both 34/340), one was restored with a bunch of purple custom stuff and the other was a decent putter graciously provided by Eracer and is the little turds gamer.

Anyway, the Mil-Spec is indeed the Pro-Plat Newport. 4 weight/length options. The 33/350 has become very desirable as a gamer. They are very nice putters.

Mil Spec is the same thing, just more specific weights and lengths.

Like usually how SCs were all 35" and 330g, Mil Specs are more personalized.
