I am just going through trying to get my set to the specifications I want.

1) Where can I get bounce grinded off my LW and how much would that cost?...I have the 12* CG10, but instead of buying a new one I just want to get it grinded down. I already have the 12* SW, I just want something different in the LW.

2) How are the purple ice shafts in fairway woods? it's hard to find places or people with these shafts for me to demo. I don't have real issues getting the ball up in the air with Fairway woods, but I would like to be able to hit them real high so that I can land the ball soft on par 5's and long par 3's.

3) Any other reccomendations for Fairway woods shafts? My ball flight is medium and relatively straight, sometimes a slight fade.

4) Are firm grips or soft grips better for feel around greens for wedges? I guess you could argue both ways, but I would just like some opinions.

5) I went to the Ping website because I want that Blue putter grip, but all they had were the regular black grips. Anyone know where I can get one of those grips that come on the G2i putters?

Your local shop should be set up for grinding. If not, phone around to some clubfitters. More than likely, someone can do it. It costs about 10 bucks here, give or take.

I've never hit the purple ice shaft, but I have read that it's the real deal (for some people). Would you consider the NVS Fairway? It's the high launch series, might get you to where you wanna be.

See above.

I use standard grips on all my clubs, the same model all around. I tried softer with my wedges (Winn wraps and one Arrow), but found I lost the feel of them. But that's me....

My local shop carries the entire line of Ping Grips.I'm pretty sure you can get one locally if you ask. If it helps, Golfsmith sells the for 5.95. Item #PG775.
