    Bag thread.

    What's in it?

Driver: Shopping, but will probably be SMT Nemesis or 455DB
    3 wood: Sonartec 13* w/ Dynamic Gold X100
Irons: KZG Forged Blades (2-PW) Rifle ProjectX 7.0 (1" over, 4* upright)
Wedges: KZG Forged Raw 52, 56, 60* (custom sole grind) Rifle Spinner 6.5
    Putter: Snotty Studio Stainless Laguna

15 clubs total. Either the 2 iron or the 56* wedge comes out as necessary.

Ball: Currently trying Callaway HX Black. It's OK

Driver: SMT Nemesis 9 degrees, with Grafalloy Blue Regular
    3-Wood: Cleveland Launcher Stiff Fujikura
    7-wood: Callaway Heaven Wood Regular
3-P Iron: Cleveland TA1 Forged Muscleback
    52 deg wedge: Cleveland 588
    59 deg wedge: Tommy Armour
    Putter: Bullseye (Titleist clone)
Balls: Wilson Ultra, Srixon Distance green, anything I find on the course.

With all do respect to the "what's in your bag" threads... I don't get em. But here goes anyway...

A bag of sunflower seeds (never spit shells on the green tho). A pack of gum. A water bottle. Naproxen Sodium. A pack of pnut butter/cheese crackers. A mark repair tool. Spair change and some dollar bills. Balls. Tees. Sun block. A sweat-stained visor. Enough short pencils to save the rain forest.

In my bag, i have two testicles and a bunch of tubing. There might be a hockey puck in there too, but that's another story.

Let me guess, you're playing stiff shaft....

    The puck complicates things.

In my golf bag, i have:

X-16 Pro Series irons, DG S300 shafts, Golf Pride Tour velvet grips
    Cleveland RTG 588 51* wedge
    Callaway Vintage 56* wedge
    Cleveland Gunmetal 60* lob wedge
    Odyssey #2 White Hot, 35"
Callaway GBBII 8.5* driver, Grafalloy Blue stiff flex shaft
Callaway Hawkeye Pro Series 3 & 5 woods, both pro series stiff
Callaway Steelhead III 7 wood, stiff steel shaft
I play the Callaway HX Red 3 peice almost exclusively
I don't use brush tees, or velocitees.

    OK... OK...
As my bag sits this very moment:

Dunlop LoCo Pro Driver & 3 wood.
    Orlimar trimetal 5 wood.
Tommy Armour 845s, 3 - PW (I keep tryine to give the Acer XP graphites I made chances, but the 845s sneak back in when I least expect it. These are the sweetest thing going for me right now. But this may in fact be yet another mental thing, as I like their thin topline better than the Callaway clones.)
Acuity 56* sand and 60* Lob
Tour Edge Putter. (This thing is the bomb!)
I'm playing Precept Extra Long, but only because I kept winning them in golf league. When they are gone, back to the Cally HX Tour.

There's a picture of me swinging it in the gallery, I think that one went around 625....sounded like a howitzer too. :D

It takes a certain amout of....er....shall I say...."self confidence" to take that gawdy ass thing out in front of people.....LOL!

A friend of mine, a lefty, he bought one and told me that that driver has single handedly changed his game. He's on the fairway more often and longer too (I mean drive distance :D......wouldn't that be grand!). This translated into more confidence and a renewed love for the game.

    Funny how that works, hey?
