They're currently being sold for 59 quid, or two for a hundred quid on direct golf, mate...

Tim,

Got your note about this post.

If you had more than one post, I might back you up on this.

Sell your wares at your own risk. If there's a better deal out there, I know for one that I'm happy to find out about it should I be looking for said club....

Good luck with your sale...:)

No worries.

Hope things pick up with the club on E-bay. If any of the members here are surfing, i'm sure you'll sell it.

A pack of ho's, we are! :D

I am surprised to see folk bidding for an 8.5 regular shafted club, to be honest ! Not as surprised as you would be if you were to find the club being sold for less anywhere else, according to what you've written there.
BTW; this club won't be able to be used anywhere in Ireland next year if playing in any of the Cups and Shields, ie. Junior, Senior Cup, Barton Shield, etc, etc, and in any CLUB competition in 2007, so you've got your facts wrong when answering that individual's question there, lad. I'm sure a similar type of thing will apply to any English Golfing Union event, too.

I am only realising that this guy left me a stinking message for my reply to his original post.

I know I may have come across as aiming to throw folk off the idea of buying it, but as Rock. stated, we are all better off by informing others of what is out there, and for what price..:)

I tried the same crap with some idiot a while back and got slammed for it. Sometimes people think that we know nothing about equipment I guess. Oh well.

LOL - I gave my 580 away.

Well I gave mine to my father in law, he wanted to pay for it, but I'd have nothing of the sort - god knows they have done TONS of stuff for us. I can honestly say that I am extremely lucky to be part of that family :)

I still love my 580XD, tho I may reshaft it. Good to know I can expect former owners to throw them away when I want another, lol...

I'm glad to see you guys are keeping this conversation going in a long done classifieds ad!

Not that anything is sacred, even stickies...:D

If I can chime in, the 580 was the only TM driver that I didn't mind, but the stock shaft sucks large gonads. Put a Fuji in that thing and it would be a rocket "Launcher"....:smilie_cl

Which Fuji? What shaft you recommend to get the launch angle up from the normal stock MAS shaft?
