The Mental Part Of Your Stroke.

Hello All,

We know that the mental part of the game is a vital thing.Consistency is directly dependent on the 'level' of our concentration. To attain this required state of concentration we usually seek the help of some 'pre shot routines' plus 'meditation' things.Of course these things might SEEM to help us in in our efforts to maintain our concentration level.Yet we do face LAPSES...SLUMP etc.,

As you know, these problems are not peculiar to only to golf...the players of billiards, archery, rifle shooting, bowling etc.,too suffer from the same kind of 'conc.' or 'focus' problems. You know why of these problems? It's because all kinds of motions are controlled by sub conscious happenings to which we have no access ...except a kind of mere 'feel' of it and your level of game is in direct proportion with your acuiring of the skill by how much you better this 'feel' through constant practice.

In search of a 'panacea' to overcome these mental problems,I have done years of research on the subjet of AIMING and the mental processes involved in it.It has been found that on allowing our mind to complete a simple 'routine' the desired 'concentration level' is attained. Also the SAME routine has been found to be the very SECRET of our sending the ball in the desired direction. And thus, this 'ROUTINE' has been found to be the actual KEY to our concentration.

It has been found that when ever we are ready to deliver our stroke we concentrate i.e we invoke Him and the 'Routine'appears on the mind in a blink. This and the same occurs in every mind irrespective of being a novice ,a beginner or a champion and it is by the degree of bettering our 'feel' of it (through practice) we are at differnt levels with respect to the game. This is ,in brief, my discovered concept.

By the "aiming routine",I mean the very "mental set up"at the very moment of your stroke delivery.

A perfect stroke delivery needs --1.'Holdng(mentally) the desired target line' and 2. The mental ability to send the ball in the desired line.If a player is successful with these two things,his/her "mental set up' at the time of release is understood to be PERFECT.This STATE OF MIND is,as you know, something that is to be achieved through great amounts of serious practice.

Let me tell you more....When you are ready to deliver your stroke your(every human mind) mind completes a particular ROUTINE (a mental process..my discovery) and by FEEL you come to know of it's completion and if we deliver your stroke at this particular point of time(a kind of coincidence..an act of synchronisation of physical action and completion of the routine)...This is the REAL THING behind the stroke.Just SEEING the lines or the targets WILL NOT help.Getting the line (actually we always get the right line) is not enough. We NEED TO follow a ROUTINE so as to send the ball SPINNING in the intended line should our stroke be perfect. This is the PURPOSE or NECESSITY of my discoverd "mental routine".

Thus my 'discovery' enables a player to know what exactly this "Mental Pre Shot Routine"(it's unique and different from usual routines) is and helps the subject to attain the desired 'state of mind' (concentration level) without fail at each and every stroke he/she makes. In fact the subject comes to know the the REAL KNOWLEDGE of a perfect stroke-in other words the very meaning of concentration' in concrete terms and he/she DOESN'T NEED to depend on just "FEEL METHOD" any more !

It's a fact that 'true knowledge' of concentration ALONE gives 'true confidence'

My discovery(though just related to the area of 'aiming') is all that could show this world how a 'simple thought' on our mind (a kind of 'mental chanting' of it at the time of our stroke delivery) could have TOTAL control of the direction and spin motion of the ball...how our subtle mind (a power ful 'instrument' of God's _expression... not the gross brain) is helping us with a 'routine'( mental chanting) that enables us to have directional control of the ball.It would be a wonderful experience (where we can have a glimpe of that divine inexplicable ecstacy.) for every one(atleast for the 'targeting' players) how this 'mere mental chanting of a simple thought'could work wonders and make us free from all kinds of 'externals' that would merely add to the misery of our struggle with our ball.

What I mean by 'mental chanting' is just a simple 'thought' involving a 'figure'(of my discovery) to be on the mind of the subject at the time of his stroke delivery. It could easily proved that without this 'thought on the mind' would never give a successful shot and hence I call it the real "thing in itself" of the stroke. This doesn't involve any kind of 'target thinking',which is again an unnecessary 'external' -a mis conception....actually this,my 'mental chanting' routine(a mental constuction that could be done in a fraction of second) makes the subject free from ALL the existing (mis)conceptions about the art of shot making. He/she would, with theTrue Knowledge of the stroke, have an 'awakened' mind.

Also.........The 'chant' I am talking about is not just mere words or usual things of meditation but a concrete 'calculation process' -a mental construction. This 'mental routine' which is being made(by Him) present on the mind(without our knowledge)as and when we are about to deliver our stroke has been found to be the inner most thing that is causing the directional control of the ball.If the stroke goes without it (due to concenration problem or under the influence of our own invented measurements -all externals) the ball's direction goes out of control and this causes the miss of a shot.

And this chant is not that some thing usual that merely masks the distraction, but this is the very 'Absolute knowledge of the stroke' that appears,on our invocation(our concentration),on the mind and helps in the directional control of a ball.Hence I go to the extent of calling it 'Divine Knowledge' - 'the Absolute Knowledge'-'the thing in it self'-The Prime Mover !

I would like to let every one here to know that I have(a fruit of my years of research) a unique "AMING ROUTINE" that could give you,in just a few days, a perfect 'miss-proof' stroke-be it your putting or swing.

What I discovered out of over 12 years of my painstaking research on the subject of AIMING is that very 'thing in it self' behind the human mind's control of the directional and spin motion of a ball and this could prove that directional control is not ,as is usually believed by most of the players, the 'slight trick' of neither our sight(focus) nor that of the muscles of our hands etc., but it the 'slight trick' of our mind.(the mental chanting of a simple thought at the time of stroke delivery).

Just to let you know of my bitter experience...................In the past,I happened to send some part of the aiming routine along with a diagram to a few who requested for it.

Unfortunately after testing and having convinced of
the very basic idea of concept, some started asking for
the remaining info. -the whole concept.- at very low price
instead of offering a considerable compensation.

And some, most probably, having satisfied with the 'part
of the routine' it self, didn't even respond to my
further e mails and, with such a bitter experience,I was compelled to stop sending more info.

Presently I am preparing grounds to approach the media with a claim as to how my 'discovery" would work for all the players of many kinds of sports( golf , pool and billiards, the spin motion of the bowling ball, board game, archery, and rifle shooting and even tennis shots ) where 'targetting' (human concentration) is involved.

Finally, regarding the working of the system,It would be just like this..."COMPLETE THE AIMING ROUTINE MENTALLY[i.e completing the 'mental chanting'] AND BE SURE OF YOUR STROKE !

If you are interested to offer a reasonable compensation and acquire the system, please send an e mail.

Thanks,IMMSHARMA.( [email protected])

IMMSHARMA, it is pretty uncool to abuse Sling's forum, or us as a community, by expecting to peddle this with no established relationship, or further input.

What you just did is the equivelent of walking up to some chick in a bar and blurting, "Are we gonna screw, or what?" Learn some new lines and get back with us. Cheers...

Whoaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! You lost me there matey.

Pre-shot routine hugley important to me,it needs to be to set myself properly, thats as complicated as it gets.even players that seemingly just set it and rip it like Daly have a routine.Anymore complicated than that and I would flip.

I've been known to shoot a rifle, from time to time. :)

Usually at gophers, muskrats, old couches, the odd tin can. I'm a crack shot with this old .22 pump action my grandfather has. It's a total piece of ass gun to look at, but it's extremely accurate. Longs get caught up when they eject, which is a bitch, but who cares if it just takes one.

My brother has a bunch of guns, .303, .306, 10g and a 12g. He's more the hunter of the , I just like to shoot shit and feel like a big man. :biglol:
