96! Great day,Driver working.
Maltby irons with the recoil shafts working out great, added a 7 and 8 to the bag. Tomorrow I’ll have the 9, P and G in play. These irons go a bit longer so some getting used to that, fair number of last approach shots on back of green or needing a bump and run from the back. Not complaining lol!

If I could halve the number of putts from 3 to 2….. whoa… looking at something in the 80’s
You use driver ~14 times/round. Every other club in the bag may get used form a dozen times to zero times... except the putter. The putter will be in your hands somewhere between 28 times to a number so large it will drive you to drink!!! Cutting number off your putting is the quickest way to shave strokes off your game. That said... putting is my Achilles heel!!!! Waste entirely too many strokes on the green.

Well it happened
Drove a green , back fringe! 280ish
Lolol!!! Ball landed in front and rolled over the green, sweet!
Then… blew the easy wedge shot and 3 puttted . Dambit! I did laugh though was all I could do.

this was a par 3 course with a couple of par 4. Played it again with some flat bellies and out drve them haha, this time I was 20 yards short, and parred it. Fun day.

80 this morning. Lost 25 cents because my partner could do nothing to help. Everything working well, except the putter. Putts were rolling like Niki Minja's cousin's friend's balls.

Drove a few miles and played White Lake CC. Really nice. One bird. 41 and 41 for 82. If it was closer I join there.

I’m in a horrible funk, shot 77 2 months ago and haven’t come close since. Driving has been awful, irons and chipping laughable and putting has been miserable. Last 2 rounds 92 & 93. Finally broke down and got an online lesson, was cool but damn I have a lot to work on. If we are lucky we will have another month if the season, I may just hang it up after this weekend, playing in a Ryder cup style tourney. Kinda scared to see what game I’ll have against whatever team we play. Ugh

Broke even, money wise, this morning. 81. Stupid @#$%^& putting!!! Put the BeCu Pings in the bag to give them some fresh air. Hit the first 6 greens in regulation. #7 is a long par 3 so used a hybrid. Then, was on both 8 and 9 in regulation with the Pings. Just could not get the ball in the hole once on the green.

Putting ailment must be going around. 43 and 44 for 87. Couldn't buy a putt.
My "putting ailment" left me for today. Even par 36 on the front. 2 birds. 2 bogies. Not quite as good on the back, but respectable. 39 for a 75. 45 degrees when we teed off. Beautiful day for golf.

Didn't play yesterday. Have problems with vertigo after migraines. Usually able to muddle through it. Yesterday, when we went off #1 the ground, ball... nothing would stay still. Tried to play and quit after one hole. Had to work on the course chlorine system, anyway. Didn't feel like it, but got the job done. Back home. No business being on a golf course, let alone and street or highway! Had an 11:00 appointment to meet a contractor at the course looking at replacing some bad cart paths. Took a short nap and went back to meet him. Was at least able to walk straight. Slept most of the rest of the afternoon and feel like a million dollars this morning. Headed out soon........
