I know we have had plenty of foodie threads, but let's keep simple. What's for dinner?

In our household it's dirty rice with peas and carrots tonight.

I should have come to your house for dinner!

We had kielbasa (daughter calls them big hot dogs) and Mac n cheese. Gourmet all the way, wife was in class tonight so it was kid friendly dinner....

Wife made a new recipe "hamburger stroganoff" and it was really good. Sour cream, brown gravy, a little tomato paste, mushrooms over noodles. Yum.

I've made a version of that. Very tasty and it reheats well.

I cooked our entire supper on the grill last night. Ribeyes, potatoes w/peppers and onions and corn on the cob. That will be lunch today too.

My wife said she was going to make bbq chicken loaded onto a baked potatoe tonight. O.O She's never made it before and I'm thinking I should save some steak and potatoes, just incase.
