The Sig is freakin awesome, after work took my wife to our outdoor range, brought her .357 and 9mm as well as this gun. Setup targets at 25 yds including a frying pan I picked up at Goodwill for $2 and my 3" spinning green plastic deal. The trigger pull is so consistent on this gun and that makes accurate shots a lot easier. Typically my wife will shoot from 15 yds and I shoot from 25yds which is what we did today. Immediately after my 1st shot ventilated the frying pan and sent it spinning around my wife wanted to shoot it and she is not a fan of semi-autos, she loves the look and feel of a revolver, ehh whatever. Anyways I had no issues with getting damn near all my shots on target where I wanted them. Recoil with practice loads as well as hollow points was minimal and the gun is very easy to control. Only hard part is the magazines are a bitch to load, hold 13 rds each and once you get 3 rds in they are a pain in the ass. Hopefully that will get better once the springs get worn in a bit.

Took my oldest grandson to the range and we worked on killing a frying pan. He used the Mossberg .22 and loved the hell out of it, every shot the pan would ring and swing a bit. Then I fired up the Sig and punched a few big holes in it, he shot it a couple times with the .357 and then we both put a magazines worth of .223's thru it. Funny how with all the other rds the pan would dance and flop around yet with the AR rds the pan never moved and it didn't look like we were hitting it. Just the much higher velocity of those rds allow them to punch thru with ease.

I continue to be impressed with the Sig and believe it or not but the little Mossberg .22 is a fun and accurate rifle.

Installed a Talon Grip on the Bodyguard, have one for the Sig as well but waiting until I shoot this at the range before I decide if I like it.

Since I'm not a gun aficionado, teach me something: when I googled Bodyguard 380, I got a S&W model, and the M&P model shown which is made by S&W. Why are there two versions of the same gun made by the same manufacturer?

I like the looks of this one, Wi..grip looks sweet. Hope you like it when you test it.

S&W has a lineup called the M&P and it consists og handguns and rifles. There are 2 versions of the one I have which is the M&P Bodyguard .380. One has a built in laser whereas mine doesn't.

Is the M&P line any different from the S&W line (is the S&W the model with the laser)? What made you buy M&P BG .380 vs same S&W model?

S&W is the manufacturer and the M&P is simply a line of guns within the company, stands for Military & Police.

What is wrong with this background check system? The more I buy the longer it takes. On delay right now for no apparent reason. Told it may take 3-4 days, that's bs.
