I hope to slide in a boatload of golf coming up this weekend...

My "regulars" are geared up to play Saturday, Sunday and Monday....and I might sneak in a warm up round on Thursday afternoon at 3:00. We have a "show up and play" group at 3:00 on Thursday's....

Anybody else out there have mucho golfo plans coming up this weekend???

everyday that i'm not working, and i don't work saturday, or thursday, so i'm sure i'll be out all day

Well, I'm finally heading to Houston on Thursday, and have a 2:10 tee time at Tour 18. I'm gonna try to hit another course early on Friday afternoon, before my flight back.

Anybody in Houston wants to play Thursday or Friday pm, lemme know....

Soccer tournaments may limit my play on the weekend, but I'll get my Saturday round in.

The area where I live has many, many weekend homeowners. That makes holiday weekends a real pain in the ass for us. I'll probably try to play once anyway, but if I find myself with nothing to do I'm heading to the range.

I may try to get in 9 late Monday afternoon after people start heading home.

Just reformatted the memory card, so it's good to go.

I'll be tending to swmbo and the things she wants me to do around the house. I don't know how you guys get so much golf in. If I can get one round in per week, my wife thinks I've had enough. Two rounds a week and I owe her big.

    biatch. ;)

OK - we're in the same boat...

I get One Pass per week - when school is in session.

    Exams end on Wednesday!!

Although my group is playing all those days - I figure I will get in two rounds...(maybe three)...

The Quid Pro Quo Factor is amazing isn't it??

I can forecast now - that I will be issued two kitchen passes by SWMBO - in exchange for taking the little one to the pool all afternoon each day I play golf.

I'll take it...my fat blubbery pale carcass lying out in the sun...dreaming of tomorrow's round.

    Might even cook some ribs.

Tit for tat. I get the tit, she gets the tat.

Your blubbery ass around a pool with the little one reminds me of a scary story. I was in Montana on vacation a few years ago and took my daughter to the pool. I was at the side of the pool helping her swim and in comes this blubbery assed fool with his (I guess) 2 year old daughter. He lets her get in the pool as he strides off to a lounge chair some 20 yards away. I'm freaking out watching this girl on the first step of the pool walking around, but I think she must be ok there or he wouldn't leave her. Next thing I know she is starting to float out in the water and is NOT keeping her head above. Yep, she was starting to drown. I LEPT over to her and grabbed her by the arm and pulled her to safety. She was coughing up water but ok.

The father comes over and says to her to be more careful and then walks back to his chair. I just about pummeled him. All of these people who had seen the incident came up to me afterwards and said I probably saved her life. I stayed near her the rest of the time and kind of helped her with my daughter since the ogor wouldn't.

It's amazing how many idiots there are in this world.

I need to come up with a better golf plan with the wife. I'd love to golf early Sunday's.

You're not alone. Just yesterday my wife says, "oh good we have a long weekend coming up". I'm barely drawing images of long range sessions and golf with the guys when she finishes with, "we'll have lots of time to work around the house". :(

As I posted earlier, our courses are all going to be crowded anyway, so I guess this is a good time to make some brownie points. I just need to figure out how to get to the range a couple of times. I wish it wasn't 25 miles away.
