Global confused?

I ordered a hybrid & some misc stuff from global last week & didn't get a confirming e-mail so I sent a message to them that asked if all was OK. They responded with an e-mail that said:
"Thank you for your order, your tracking number is"
but didn't include a tracking number.

I think I'm worried.

Did you get any kind of confirmation number when you were checking out?

After an email, I'd just give them a call (especially if you an order confirmation number).

Just a general suggestion to all: If you have any problem with Global, PM robereno first. Although I've never had a problem with them, I've PM'ed him about various work related things and he always responds quickly and thoroughly.
