Luke, I am your father...

I found this pic of Luke Donald from last August and decided to check myself against his setup.



The biggest difference I can see is that I am more slumped than he is. I found out last year that my arms are 1/2" shorter than normal, so maybe that has something to do with it... ? Also, this was my 2nd time hitting balls since last October! So, yeah, a little rusty.

Anyhow, I thought it was interesting since very few pictures exist of my swing and I've never compared it to anyone else's. My son just happened to snap these with his iPod and I didn't even know it til he texted them to me.

FYI - I'm hitting 8-iron; no idea what Luke has.

In retrospect, I shoulda called it "My try at duplicating Luke Donald's swing." Then I could reply hundreds of times and really get my post count up while nobody cared.
