I thought extending my putter shaft would not have much effect on the performance but here is what I found out.
I extended 1 inch on my Scotty Cameron Newport 2 about 2 weeks ago and have been playing for a while to get used to it.
I used to average about 32-33 putts per game and now I am going over 40...
I can't seem to get the distance right and tend to over putt by a lot.
It has been 2 weeks already and I am still putting like this ever since the shaft extension.
Is this normal and if so how long before I get adjusted to the new length and swing weight?
Has anyone experienced this or am I being sensitive... Thanks...
