There are some online streaming options, but sometimes the quality isn't the best.

Steal cable from your neighbors

Get a nice telescope and watch through the neighbors windows

I know ESPN has a streaming type service...my Charter cable subscription comes with one. I've never used it...

I didn't get football on tv one year. It ended up being an excuse to go get drunk at a local sports bar everyday.

Broke down and signed up or Directv, got the football package for free the first year. I now have espn again for the first time in like 3 years.

I got that the first year, too. When the second year came around, they automatically added it to my lineup (read the fine print) and my bill skyrocketed. I called them and said I was going to cancel DirecTV altogether and she gave me two more discounts. Plus, since I cancelled Sunday Ticket, I somehow showed up in the system as a new customer so I got it the second year for free, too!
