You may remember that Rock got a beagle puppie earlier this year. Well it seems that the anticipated seperation was just too much for old Rockford35 so he brought the pup to Texas with him.......Rock was running a little late getting from the airport to DaveE's house so he, well....he drove too fast and got pulled over.
Rock was trying to explain his situation to the officer and it almost worked until the trooper saw this in the back seat...
