Best Instruction Forum on the Net....

To be frank, I am not diggin' sites that require registration to view them.
Posting, fine but I like to look a site over first before I decide whether or not I want to register.

I never register before getting to see what I am registering for.

I dont register before i see the site so im sorry i couldnt tell you if it was any good

But why force registration? What's the benefit? What can you gain from that?

THE best (not to mention FREE) instruction articles.
Cheap downloadable "short" videos.

Cheap videos... as in paying.
Please do not try spamming your way here with the word FREE to attract users. Free instructional articles are plenty around the net.
And as general rule of thumb, not every tip suits every golfer.

But you are FREE to chat here like normal people, and not like some kind of sales rep.:)

BM, you're getting the grind because it appears that you're selling something. Whether you are or you're not, that's the appearance. Given that your participation in the rest of our dear forum here has been nil...that's the source of the responses.

...okay....

So let's talk then....

What makes this forum better than any other forum?
What separates you from the rest?

What makes it better than any other forum? Well, that's awfully subjective, but being free is a nice touch ;)

Seriously though...the atmosphere here is generally quite collegial and there is a great group of core guys from all walks of life and parts of the world that are heavy participants. This leads to very well rounded discussions and interesting perspectives on all topics that reflect a global community with an array of experience.

What separates us from the rest? I can only presume you mean golf forums, and having only frequented one other (and significantly more busy) forum to any extent, I don't think I'm properly equipped to answer that fully. If I was guessing, I'd say that it's the same thing mentioned above. Also, the forum has maintained a pretty strong non-commercial aspect to it in that it's not even sponsored by anyone but the users and naturally the owner, who has resisted sponsorship until now (as far as I know). While we don't object to commercialism on the site, it tends to need to be accompanied by active participation in the site. A few notables are obagain, EDSGolf, and mygolfdomain.com who take time to participate in the forum, and are therefore free to present their goods, within reason of course.

I also think that due to our acceptance of most people (despite the evident lack of a few bulbs from the Christmas tree, in some notable examples) and our mature outlooks, most people feel welcome to come and discuss all things golf, as well as various other topics as well (except politics, that's a nono). We also tend to lack any real evident elitism in the sense of golf skill levels. While our members range the entire gauntlet of handicaps, even the plus handicaps don't feel the urge to talk down to people of lower skill levels and so this all hearkens back to our friendly and collegial atmospher.

It all comes down to great members who are willing to participate in a positive manner.

Does that separate us from the rest? I don't know. I'm sure it separates us from some and not from others.

Feel welcome to join us.

Because we seldom put up with horse's asses who come in spamming, and then questioning the worth of the board that they are spamming.

Homer... Did you learn your social graces watching the Simpsons? Homer...

oh yes...do you remember that girl who came in and posted photos of her private plane? As well as a photo of her breasts.

Yes...in spite of the pretentiousness of her posts you have to admit those were some bodaicious fun bags she had. :)

She is no longer in the bunker by the way, so she may sue me if she ever reads this commentary on her tits. :)

If was a shame her face hadn't received as much attention as her mams, if I recall correctly...

Still, I'm a short fat Scots bloke, so in no position to criticise, really.
