Black Bear Ridge or Upper Canada?

Need to be in Cornwall, Ontario for Wednesday evening. Has anyone played Upper Canada Golf Course near there or Black Bear Ridge near Belleville? Thoughts? Which would you prefer if given the choice? Thanks, as always.

My dad played at the Black Bear Ridge and he says it's one of the nicest he's played and he played quite a few courses in the past couple of years. He says BBR is very scenic, with lots of elevation, can be tough if you're not careful with your shots; I haven't heard about the other one.
