Freeloader?

Got a question regarding practice.....

Last week I played a new course in town (Abilene, TX) and was impressed by the practice facility they had. Huge range....practice greens for chipping....bunkers...ect.

The course is easily the nicest public/daily-fee course in town and one that I probably will play maybe once a month (as permitted by SWMBO). So here's the deal, I'd like to start going over there to practice since it's a lot nicer than the course I belong to on the AFB. So is it cool if I walk on with my shag bag and practice for a couple hours? At what point do I become a "freeloader" just using them for the practice facility? Of course, I'd be buying range balls but probably wouldn't play there very often.

Nate

If you are paying for the range balls, you're entitled to the range facility, and part of that money goes to maintaining it.

So never, really.

Agreed, the range pays for the practice area at our course.
