well i never thought it would make that much of a difference but i was wrong. my miura's where always short of my TM MB's but i thought it was just new equipment. needed some time to get use to them. well i got use to them and they still were short.

so i sent them to Ken and he looked at the lofts and that was not the problem. so the only difference i could go on was the MB's had X100 shaft's in them and i had went with the super peening blue nippon's in the miura's. so i got him to reshaft with the x100's in the miura's and all new grips, went with the white and black golf prides.

so they came in today and i unwrapped them. first off i could feel a whole lot better feel of the club, nice and heavy feel. the last time i played these with the old shaft's my 150 yrd club was 7i, it was a 8i in the MB's. so i have my brothers range finder here so i got a clear 150 yrd shot. i grabbed the 9i and went out and warmed up swinging it. then i set up to the ball and hit the first out a little fat and got 135 out of it. as i got use to the new feel i was hitting them between 145-150. i still cannot believe i shaft gave me that much.

Good deal. I like True Temper shafts better than all the 'cool, exotic' shafts out there.
