So I went to a golf shop near home today as they had a Vector launch monitor to see what I was hitting my borrowed T-Zoid and Burner drivers. The guy there said a new shaft, which was recommended, would be between $50 and $80 (50 being entry model Aldila VX, 80 being Pro-Launch). However, for $100 they had the Adams Redline 460, with Pro-Launch. So I hit it and was getting around 14* launch angle, 109 SS, 2500rpm backspin. The Vector was predicting around 260 carry with anywhere from a 3 yard draw to a 4 yard fade. And I wasn't even making definite center of sweat spot contact...

So my question is, how reliable have you found the Vector launch monitor? I can probably convince my wife to let me spend the $100, and I like the idea of the extra forgiveness of the 460 CC head.

Also, what do you think about the Adams driver?
